  • Advanced techniques for creating elements of a complex design

  • Advanced techniques for shaping and finishing pieces, be they functional or fine art

  • Extensive individual mentoring, as well as critical evaluation of examples, will be included at each step

Class is designed to meet weekly for 6 weeks, providing ample time for project design, experimental prototyping, and construction of the final piece.

For: Ages 14 and up

Prerequisite: Completion of Introductory Glass Fusing class or equivalent experience.

Class Size: Minimum of 1 student, maximum of 4

Required Supplies: All necessary tools and non-glass supplies are provided. As projects are expected to vary widely by individual interest, students will be expected to supply their own glass. Depending on the project, it may be possible to use available studio glass, which is provided at cost.

Students will be expected to bring a notebook to class which will be used as their project journal.

Schedule: Daytime or evening time slots are available.
